Terms of Service
Before commissioning me, please make sure you like the way I do things in my art/my art in general in order to avoid conflict. It makes things easier for both parties.

You are agreeing to the following:

Me, as the Artist:

  • I own copyrights to the art pieces I do for you. However, I do not have ownership over the character that is drawn for the respective commissioner.

  • I will be able to use the art piece I drew for you in portfolios and for advertising.

  • I can decline or cancel your commission when I feel uncomfortable in doing it.

  • Your commission is only for personal use! I strictly do not allow my works to be used for commercial purposes.

  • Payment must be paid in full through PP's goods and services. (USD)

  • You and I are not responsible for paying extra on PP's fee when sending/refunding money.

  • Refunds cannot be issued once your commission is in the sketching stage. Except for cases where I cancel your commission.

  • I will not provide unwatermarked versions of the commission. If you were to remove it, you will be blacklisted.

  • I do my commissions in order, so please be patient with me if you are at the bottom of the queue.

  • My turnaround time is 1-2 weeks at the earliest and 1 month max at the latest. I usually deliver fast (within 1 week) but these estimated times exist in case of unexpected inconveniences.

  • Please understand that I take 95% artistic freedom on your commission! The 5% goes to the theme you have in mind.

  • Please keep our conversations in a professional manner and on the topic of our business!

You, as the Client:

  • It's expected of you to provide a clear digital reference of the character you wish to be drawn. The more the better! I cannot work based off of descriptions only.

  • You will receive a link to my Trello where you will be able to personally see the current progress of your commission. With that being said, do not ask me for WIPs! I will personally show you WIPs as soon as I get started with your piece.

  • While in the sketching stage, you can ask me for any changes for free! (3 max)

  • You will receive the finished piece via email.

  • You can repost the artwork as long as I'm being credited for it.

  • You can remain anonymous or have your commission not posted at all. Please let me know about this beforehand!

  • Your commission is for your personal use. You are allowed to do whatever you want with it as long as you are not making profit out of it.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO NFT USE!

  • DO NOT FEED MY ART IN ANY AI TRAINING APP/PROGRAM.

ABOUT NSFW (Not Safe For Work) COMMISSIONS

  • Please provide an ID that shows you are 18 years or older before purchasing NSFW art.

  • Legal action will be taken against you if you were to purchase mature sexual content as a minor or if you have any legal restrictions against purchasing any mature sexual content.

  • Soft NSFW (e.g. tasteful nudity and pin-up)

  • Gore (nothing too extreme)

I won't draw...

  • Male characters (still practicing)

  • Humans/anime characters

  • Reptiles/scalies (might reconsider depending on the character's design)

  • Guns/robotic stuff

  • Ferals

  • Hate art

  • Group/couple art (only 1 character per drawing)

  • Hardcore NSFW (ask me about it)

  • Extremely unrealistic body types

  • Drawing in another artist's art style

  • Fetish art (e.g. vore, feet, watersports, diapers, scat, inflation, etc.)
