Terms of Service
Before commissioning me, please make sure you like the way I do things in my art/my art in general in order to avoid conflict. It makes things easier for both parties.

I will draw..

  • Female anthro characters

  • Character in cosplay

  • Soft NSFW (tasteful nudity and pin-up)

  • Fan art (only if the character is anthro)

  • Blood

I won't draw..

  • Male characters (still practicing)

  • Humans/anime characters

  • Reptiles/scalies (might reconsider depending on the character's design)

  • Guns/robotic stuff

  • Ferals

  • Hate and political art

  • Group/couple art (only 1 character per drawing at the moment)

  • Hardcore NSFW

  • Some fetish art (vore, feet, diapers, inflation, scat and watersports)

  • Extremely unrealistic body types

  • Drawing in another artist's art style

You are agreeing to the following:

Me, as the Artist:

  • I retain full copyrights to the art pieces I do for you. However, I do not have ownership over the character that is drawn for the respective owner.

  • I will use the art piece I drew for you in portfolios and for advertising.

  • Payment must be upfront and sent in full through PP's "Goods and Services" only. (USD)

  • I can decline or cancel your commission when I feel uncomfortable in doing it.

  • Refunds cannot be issued once the drawing is in the sketching stage. Except for cases when I cancel your commission.

  • Your commission is only for personal use! I strictly do not allow my works to be used for commercial purposes.

  • I will not provide an unwatermarked version of the commission. If you were to remove it, you will be blacklisted.

  • I take full artistic freedom on the commission/s I do for you. However, any themes you have in mind will be honored.

  • My turnaround time is 1-2 weeks at the earliest and 1-2 months at the latest. I work in order so please be patient with me if you are at the bottom of the queue!

  • Please keep our conversation in a professional manner and on the topic of our business!

You, as the Client:

  • It's expected of you to provide a clear digital reference of the character you want to be drawn. The more, the better! I cannot work based off of descriptions only.

  • You will receive a link to my Trello board to monitor progress. I will update it regularly as I work on your piece. Please do not request for WIPs, I will share them with you as soon as it is available.

  • While in the sketching stage, you can ask me for any changes for free! (3 max)

  • You will receive the finished piece via email.

  • You can repost the artwork as long as I am being credited for it.

  • Your commission is for your personal use. You are allowed to make merch out of it as long as you're not making profit out of it.

  • Proof of being a legal adult needs to be provided to request for NSFW content.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO NFT USE!

  • DO NOT FEED MY ART IN ANY AI TRAINING APP/PROGRAM.

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed above.

Character Adopt Terms of Service

  • You will receive the high quality PNG file of the adopt via email.

  • After purchase, feel free to gift the adopt to someone!

  • The design is being sold as it is and I will not make any changes on it.

  • You can give the adopt a redesign as long as it's still recognizable from the original design.

  • Please do not resell the adopt for a higher price than what you paid for unless the adopt comes with additional items/commissioned artworks.

  • Payment via PP only through "Goods and Services." (USD) The adopt is not refundable once it's in your possession.

  • Adopting with the intent for commercial use is an extra charge of $50.

  • Feel free to do as you wish with the adopt, just please don't claim the design as your own!
